Why These Three Together?

The Longevity Stack addresses aging at three distinct but interconnected biological levels — a more comprehensive approach than any single compound provides. Each component targets a different hallmark of cellular aging identified in the landmark Hallmarks of Aging framework.

Epithalon — Genomic Stability and Telomere Maintenance

Epithalon addresses aging at the genomic level through telomerase activation. As cells divide, telomeres shorten — when they reach critical length, cells enter senescence or die. Epithalon activates telomerase in somatic cells, extending telomere length and cellular replicative capacity. The compound also restores pineal melatonin production that declines with age, improving sleep quality, immune function and antioxidant protection. The 266-person human cohort study demonstrated 1.6–4.1x mortality reduction — the strongest anti-aging human data of any peptide available.

FOXO4-DRI — Senescent Cell Clearance

Even with telomere maintenance, cells that have already entered senescence remain as zombie cells releasing SASP inflammatory signals that drive tissue dysfunction. FOXO4-DRI specifically eliminates these accumulated senescent cells — clearing the inflammatory burden that accelerates aging in surrounding healthy tissue. SS-31 — Mitochondrial Integrity

Protocol
